Beautiful place in the heart of the Karoo! by

Very friendly and accommodating hosts!

Spartan by

Quiet, peaceful, but spartan. Mozzie problem.

Best stop over spot! by

I have driven to Cape Town and back from Johannesburg many many times in my life and stayed at many different places throughout the Karoo. I can easily say that every place I've stayed at has just been a place to rest my head and never been a pleasant memorable experience.

At Asserndelft lodge however this was a surprisingly great change! Perfectly clean and well decorated rooms with great staff. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was perfect and the price makes it all so much more suprising! From now on I will only stay there for my stop overs I have no need to explore different Accomodations in the Karoo any further

Wonderful accommodation in the heart of the Karoo by

Wonderful accommodation in the heart of the Karoo. The Bush Camp is a great experience and is situated in beautiful surroundings. We were received by the owner with great hospitality and welcomed by a beautiful sunset.  Although I will not suggest this as an overnight spot unless you are familiar with Karoo animal sounds, the wind hustling through the tent and the noise of the water system. We therefore didn't get a great night's rest needed for the long drive ahead but certainly had a great new experience to add to our memory banks.
