Atara Cottage

This beautiful, restored old-world cottage is located in the heart of Calitzdorp. This village is located between the Kango and Gamka valleys with the Black and Red Mountains in the picturesque background. The well-known Route 62 runs through the town.

This two-bedroom house is well-equipped and comfortably furnished. The main bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a fifth bed available for a child to sleep on. The master bedroom has a TV with selected DStv channels. There is a shared bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.

Atara Cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and a washing machine. There is also a dining table in the dining area with seating for six people. The lounge area has beautiful furniture and original paintings to create a beautiful Victorian atmosphere. There are also wooden floors throughout the house that have been beautifully restored.

The garden is beautifully maintained and has a braai area with concrete furniture where guests can enjoy a cosy evening or relax during the day under the shade trees. On the sheltered veranda there is a table with six chairs where guests can hang out or cool off in the splash pool. The carport has space for two vehicles.
