Avalon Bed and Breakfast is located in the beautiful seaside village of Zinkwazi Beach, on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. We are halfway between Richards Bay and Durban, which also makes it an ideal overnight stop for the business traveller.

Accommodation is offered in four large and luxurious bedrooms, each with a private entrance, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with DVD player (we offer an extensive DVD library for you to choose from), a bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and hairdryer. Our family rooms have a microwave for your convenience. The family unit has air conditioning. Breakfast is included, and can be served under the umbrella on the sun-soaked deck or while sitting on the balcony enjoying the sea breeze.

Laze by the pool in the warm sunshine or relax at one of our outdoor seating areas and read your book. A few minutes' walk will take you to the beach, where you can explore the rock pools at low tide, swim in the waves or watch the dolphins frolicking in the ocean.

Only issue - open-plan bathroom. Would have like open pool with lounger to relax. Four stars.

Very friendly and personal service, lovely rooms, I am not a fan of having the bathroom open-plan onto the bedroom but apart from that would recommend Lee's B and B to anyone looking for a comfortable bed in a family environment.

Very neat and tidy. Best English breakfast ever. Hospitality same as a 5star hotel. Very safe and enjoyable
