Awesome Home Near Newlands Forest

Our beautiful Newlands home is bright, fresh, uncluttered and comfortable.

The accommodation has a lot of privacy and is all on one level. All three bedrooms are spacious with queen size beds, 100% Egyptian Percale white cotton linen and enough cupboard space. As a norm, linen changes are provided every seven days, for stays longer than 9 days. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and enough towels are provided. The house has a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine as well as a double door fridge to make your stay comfortable.

The outside braai area also has a solar heated swimming pool. The is also a trampoline available for children.
There is Wi-Fi, a TV and we have a large selection of DVDs. There is off-street parking for 2 cars. A one hour cleaning service could be arranged during weekdays.

The home is open plan, excellently situated with easy access to the city, beaches or winelands; and a professional set-up for both business and families. It is perfect for a Cape Town weekend, a business trip, a 3-week family holiday and can even be used by ?Northern Hemisphere Swallows' that want to escape the harsh winter weather or families wanting a short transition while organising their relocation.
