Bahari Pori Resort

Bahari Pori Bandas is a beach resort on the Tanzanian coast. This might be your next holiday destination or a stopover on your journey around Tanzania. Visitors can enjoy our Italian and local cuisine while looking out over the Indian Ocean.

The resort consists of seven luxury tents, called Bandas as well as a Cottage. The typical Tanzanian style lodgings are constructed with thatched roofs and coconut tree leaves. Almost all tents offer a splendid views of the ocean and mangrove forests below. Built with wood, stone and local materials, they are equipped with handcrafted furniture and Swahili fabrics. Each Banda is composed of a veranda with deckchair and self-contained bedroom.

It is environmental-friendly built with wood timbers and weaved coconut leaves, local stone and Tanzanian style furniture. The expert chefs prepare the best Italian and local dishes with great care and passion. All the ingredients used are fresh and purchased locally. Bahari Pori Bandas can organise parties, seminars and special menus for groups.
