Nestled amongst the dunes of Hout Bay Beach is Beach Club No. 1. An exquisite, modern 3 bedroom townhouse.

Inside, the open-plan living area is light, spacious and filled with luxurious furnishings and colourful artwork. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably, and opens up onto an outside courtyard that has a barbecue, patio furniture and a hot tub for those starry summer nights. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a large bath, separate shower and double vanity. Enjoy stunning views of the mountains whilst relaxing on your bed, reading a book. The other two bedrooms are downstairs and both of them have a double bed and are en-suite with a shower and single vanity. There are flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms with DStv. The living room is upstairs which allows you to relax on luxurious couches whilst looking out at unblemished views over the beach and the bay. There is a bar which is perfect for keeping your beer cold while you sit on the balcony and have sundowners. There is fast, uncapped Wi-Fi throughout which allows you to stream your favourite shows on the large Smart TV. The roof deck is ideal for sunbathing, providing privacy and spectacular 360 degree views. There is a double garage for 2 cars, a further workspace and a wine cellar in the basement. As you walk into the double-volume entrance, you will feel yourself start to relax as the soft summer breeze and the scent of the ocean confirms that your holiday has begun. The house is in a secure estate and is set away from the hustle and bustle of the street. Rentals of eBikes and a Vespa are also available.

With numerous restaurants and shops, such as Dunes Restaurant and Mariners Wharf at the Harbour just a short beach walk away, there is lots to see and do. Beach Club No. 1 is right on the beachfront and has a direct access point to the beach. For those who would like to do some sightseeing, there are also hop-on-hop-off bus tours which frequent the area.
