The room is lovely and large...especially the bath. We are leaving very early tomorrow 5th for game reserve. Thanks. Jeanette Clements.

Horrible experience by

I was soo disappointed, having driven 320 km to get to Belladonna guest house only to be informed that I don't have a room, they made double bookings. mind you I had paid in full, I was never made aware of anything until I got to the place.. The manager, was so ignorant that he opted to refund me with no professional explanation in the middle of the night. Bad customer service they have. I would never recommend the place to anyone. I had to go look for accommodation after I have made arrangements in advance.

Very poor service by

Booking system was very bad, when I got there they told me I had booked 2 double rooms why I only booked one room. Second they told they did not receive my payment and asked me to put a deposit just Incase a run away. Poor customer service

Cool place by

Overall is a good place to stay, just need to update the rooms picture as it differs a little from actual.
