This three bedroom home sleeps six people. It has two double bedrooms, main bedroom boasts a king-size bed and the other, a double bed, a twin bedded bedroom adjacent to the terrace. A charming and lovely lounge and the cafe style dining area opens onto a huge north facing terrace where you can relax with a glass of beer or wine after your day of sightseeing, swimming and fishing.
Added to the charm, there are two levels brimming with character and built with total respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standards, in an elegant country style manner, screed floors, and high ceilings. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful fireplace and an open plan dining room, a living room leading out to the terrace.
Bem Vindo is situated on a tar road in a peaceful area of Witsand. It is near the sand dunes and beaches. This chateau has many beautiful original features such as a staircase, working fireplace and private courtyard. The property has been built to an exceptionally high standard and is furnished with many works of art and antiques.
Every room is individually decorated with its own unique charm and quality bedding. The home contains a fully equipped kitchen with professional quality range cooker fridge/freezer. Bem Vindo has a garage that can be used and off street parking.
It is pet friendly (small doggies only) and is fenced and gated. Here you will get away from it all and enjoy your comfort and privacy. It is close to all the local amenities, and Luke and Lyn will be here to assist you with your needs. Bem Vindo is truly a home from home. Due to the fountain water feature we cannot host children under the age of 7. There is no TV facility, as it is a serene home, where one can just get away from it all. Sorry, no smoking in the house.
