105 Ben Siesta is situated directly across the road from the main bathing beach in Umhlanga Rocks. This luxury self-catering apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, with three double bedrooms.

The apartment comfortably sleeps six people in a queen size-bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in each of the other bedrooms. Quality linen is also provided. The unit features a main en-suite bathroom as well as an additional bathroom and toilet.

Off the lounge and the main bedroom are sliding doors opening onto a large sun-drenched patio with breaker views of the sea and the bathing beach. Sit on the patio and listen to the sounds of the ocean whilst enjoying your sundowners. The kitchen is well-appointed and is fully equipped, including granite tops, a microwave oven, and an under counter oven and hob.

The apartment offers satellite TV as well as a DVD player. It is air-conditioned and there is also a ceiling fan in the lounge. A laundry is available on the premises or alternatively, your laundry and ironing can be done at a small additional cost. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays.

A Weber braai can be enjoyed on the patio or by the swimming pool, which is situated in a manicured garden and is available for the exclusive use of guests. Lie by the pool and enjoy a leisurely day in the sun. Secure under cover parking in a lock-up garage is also provided for guests' vehicles.

Ben Siesta is within easy walking distance of the Umhlanga village, and there are numerous hotels in the immediate vicinity where children can enjoy ten-pin bowling and game arcades. There are also several family and upmarket restaurants in easy walking distance of the apartment.

Ben Siesta is so ideally situated, one can virtually park your car at the beginning of your holiday and have no need to use it again for your entire stay. The apartment is a five-minute drive from Gateway, the largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere and 20 minutes' drive from Durban, the International Conference Centre and Durban International Airport.
