Betty's Rest

Nestled among the Fynbos in the picturesque coastal village of Bettys Bay, lies Betty's Rest, a five minute walk from Silversands Beach and a two minute drive from the Bettys Bay Sand-boarding slopes. Do you wish to go on that romantic weekend getaway with your spouse? Do you want a week of fun in the sun with friends and family? The establishment consists of two semi-detached accommodations; La Villa (three bedrooms) and The Manor (two large bedrooms), sleeping eight and seven guests respectively. Additional sleeping facilities may be arranged at nominal additional costs. Each accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, sun-room relaxing area, barbecue facilities with outside furniture. Both accommodations offer free secure parking. La VILLA (sleeps 8 people)Three bedrooms ? Bedroom one has a queen size bed, bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has a double-bunk. There are extra beds in the sun room, ultimately accommodating eight people.There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and breakfast counter. The laundry has a modern automatic washing machine. There is a dining area with a six-seat dining table and the lounging/TV area. The sun-room off the braai area accommodates additional lounging and relaxation facilities. A dartboard is set up in the sun-room to make family time that much more special. We have presently installed Premium DSTV facilities at LaVilla, which will be available free of charge for a limited period only, after which it will be available on request at a nominal fee. A toilet-shower and separate toilet off the sun-room ensures maximum comfort.Relaxation:- North-west facing Sun Room (afternoon and evening sun with mountain view) - Indigenous garden - Barbecue facilities - TV with local channels - DVD player - Assorted DVD's (suitable for children) The Villa offers secure parking (double garage with remote-controlled doors) in addition to off-street driveway parking. THE MANOR (sleeps 7 people)Two large bedrooms - Bedroom one measures 5.6m X 3.3m with a queen size bed, vanity dressing table and seating area with coffee table. Bedroom two is 8m X 3.3m with a triple bunk (single on top and double below) and a single bed. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge/TV area and a futon bed in the sun room; sleeping accommodation for seven people.The Manor has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, etc. and a dining room table.The distinguishing feature of The Manor is a large modern bathroom with shower and generous size bath.Relaxation:- West-facing Sun Room (afternoon and evening sun)- Indigenous garden with a koi pond- Barbecue facilities- TV with local channelsThe Manor has free secure off-street parking (gated driveway) for one vehicle and pavement parking for one more vehicle.
