This self-catering holiday home situated on the ground floor can accommodate between six people. There are
three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedroom has two single beds. These rooms share the second bathroom with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a fridge-freezer combination, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Kitchen, dining and living area are open plan. Dining area seats eight people and the lounge area offers comfortable seating with a Flat screen TV with DSTV.

The patio is perfect for entertainment and holiday fun, including seating and a gas BBQ/ Braai and has lovely ocean views.

The unit has one allocated Garage. The complex amenities include a laundry as well as a communal swimming pool and braai facilities. Access to the complex is via an electronic gate, and the pedestrian gate allows direct access to Lucien Beach through a small pathway.
