Biccard Views is an opulent three-storey villa found in beautiful Bloubergstrand; enjoy sweeping ocean views from anywhere in this gorgeous holiday home.

Tastefully decorated in neutral shades and pops of blue, to emphasise the seaside setting, this villa is ideal for a summer or winter stay for up to 10 guests. There are several living areas across various levels in thsi spacious villa, meaning guests will have all the space they need during their stay.

The unit comprises five bedrooms; the main bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, a walk-in cupboard, and access to the balcony from which to see the glorious ocean and Table Mountain views.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, while the third and fourth bedroom each have a double bed. The fifth bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedrooms that are not en-suite have access to an upstairs guest bathroom with a shower and bath.

The ground floor of the villa has an open-plan design and flows perfectly between the lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge features stylish seating, a flat-screen TV and sliding doors leading to the outside, while the dining area has a six-seater dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, French press, washer/dryer combo and dishwasher, and a separate scullery area. There is also a built-in bar and four bar stools.

The second floor features another open-plan lounge and kitchen area; the lounge has a built-in fireplace to sit beside on those cold winter evenings, as well as a flat-screen TV and two-seating dining table. The kitchen features ample cupboard space, a fridge, and sink area.

Outside, you will find a four-seater dining table and a large built-in braai where you can enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. The villa also comes with an alarm for peace of mind, a safe for valuables, and secure parking. A DStv connection is provided, and there is complimentary Wi-Fi access for our guests.
