A great location to use as a base to enjoy Cape Town from. This is a re-furbished modern style apartment with uninterrupted views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the beach from the large private terrace, the lounge and the main bedroom.

Across the way from the beach, the apartment is an excellent location for those wanting to do surfing or windsurfing. The area has become very popular and synonymous with the spectacular sport of Kite-surfing. It is also part of a wild-life reserve with miles of beach and dunes.

The lounge is open plan with access to a glassed-in dining balcony area with a six seater dining table. From here you have 180 degree ocean and Table Mountain views.

Double bedroom with King sized bed (150cm), this room has views of the ocean. An additional twin bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has been refurbished and has a basin, wc, bath and a shower.

Well equipped open plan kitchen with appliances including microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

The outdoor area is a great space for sundowners, relaxing or entertaining, private, spacious and offering 360 degree views. The outdoor area has a Jacuzzi, sun-loungers, a large parasol and a built in Braai (BBQ). Due To Cape Town's current water restrictions the Jacuzzi may not be in use. Please enquire if this is important.

The apartment is fully equipped with a TV, DVD player and iPod dock.

The apartment has its own allocated parking bay.
