Boomhuis is a comfortable log home situated right on Drake's Beach in Leisure Bay. The house consists of three separate units, all connected by walkways, and is only rented by a family or a large group of friends.

The main unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a scullery, a guest toilet, a lounge area with TV and DVD player, and a dining area. Downstairs is a domestic room and a fully equipped laundry room, and this unit also has a communal barbecue area.

The first private unit is double-storey and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and its own private veranda, while the second private unit is single-storey and features a main bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda. The separate bedrooms ensure total privacy from the main house, yet are also close enough for children to go to bed and adults to be close by.

Bring your own towels, beach equipment, food, groceries and toiletries. Bed linen is supplied and a maid is available daily for guests' convenience. Strictly no smoking inside the house is permitted.

Lovely getaway by

This is a lovely space, especially for a group of friends/families.

Lovely Treehouse! by

We had a wonderful stay over xmas at the Boomhuis.  It was like living in a proper tree house! The house needs a bit of TLC but overall it was clean and well equipped,  I would suggest that they add a few bits for the braai area - Poitjie pot / rooster / Spade for coals etc.
The house has 3 big double bedrooms with extra beds for the kids and also attached to the one double bedroom a bunk bed room for kids.  Lots of space!
Wonderful House and so close to the beach - 2min walk on private walkway!
