Choose to join farm and history tours, explore the estate on foot following trails taking you through orchards and mountain fynbos, stopping off to pick pears, plums and citrus fruits depending on the season. There are mountain biking trails, walking trails, caves to explore, wine tasting and cellar tours, trout fishing and swimming in the dams ? and plenty of opportunity to sit and read, relax and generally take in the goodness of life.
Dining options include eating at the Werf Restaurant, Farm Shop and Deli, or Le Pique Nique; having breakfast, lunch or dinner baskets brought to your cottage; or picking up some fresh farm produce at the deli and preparing it at the cottage.
