Offering three outdoor under cover dining areas and three lounges (indoor, outdoor and TV lounge, space is ample. The large pool is sparkling and whilst floating in its cool waters you still have ocean views. Beach access: Close to the house there is a set of stairs which will deliver you directly at the main beach entrance road, or park in the beach parking.

The house is well equipped and offers DStv, gas and charcoal braais, it is serviced and well secured by alarm, beams and armed response. There is off road secure parking for four cars in lock up garages, there is also a large boat garage. Laundry facilities: Washing machine and tumble dryer. The house sleeps nine in four bedrooms serviced by four bathrooms, the owners are open to allowing additional small children on mattresses.

This glorious double story home is constructed as follows: Upstairs: Large open and enclosed deck with lounge and dining areas, inside dining room, formal lounge, kitchen and scullery and two on-suite bedrooms. Kitchen: Dishwasher, stove, microwave, all cutlery and cutlery and two fridge/freezer combinations.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with extended King size bed and AC, on-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet. Second bedroom with Queen size bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Guest loo.

Downstairs: TV Lounge with comfortable lounge furniture and 2 single beds. Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed, Bedroom 2 with 1 single bed. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs: Bathroom 1 with Shower, toilet and basin, Bathroom 2 with bath, shower, basin and toilet.

All bedrooms have large built-in cupboards, standing or ceiling fans and hangers. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. The house has a large games room with table tennis table. The house does have stairs and high decks and small children must always be watched.

MINIMUM STAY: Out of season: 3 nights. Mid-season: 2 ? 5 nights. In-season: 3 to 7 Night's. Peak season:10 nights over Christmas, leaving by the 27or 28/12 OR 10 nights over New Year starting/arriving from the 28th onwards. Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be considered once the owners have their primary booking confirmed.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off. Maid levy. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation amount, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if there are no breakages.
