Bush Baby Lodge offers accommodation in two self-catering units in the Marloth Park Nature Reserve. The units are situated in a ?game corridor' deep in the heart of the African bush, bordering on the world-famous Kruger National Park.
Enjoy the magnificent nature and well-visited drinking hole right in front of you; our four-legged friends such as kudu, zebra, warthog, mongoose and monkey visit on a regular basis, and some will feed out of your hand, so keep the food ready. The lovely male bush-buck as well as the small duiker family also visits during early morning and afternoon. The patrys, flocks of ?tarentaal' and other birds will pick up their food during the day.
When the sun sets, you will get the fire burning, and while relaxing around it, you may be surprised by a visit by civet and the shy bushbaby. Listen carefully to the sounds of nature, and you will hear the lion roaring from the Kruger Park, hippo grumbling in the Crocodile River and hyena laughing while scavenging around.
You will be accommodated in lovely fully equipped, air-conditioned self-catering units, relax in the splash pool, and enjoy the evenings around the bonfire. Baby Lodge is a two-bed unit and Bush Lodge is a six-bed unit. The units can be rented out together, at a special rate, for larger groups or families.
