By Design Cottage is a lovely beach home, located in Langezandt Fisherman's Village in Struisbaai. It is ideally situated a mere 300 m from the beach in a secure estate, and has been built to retain all the features of the original fishermen's cottages, yet is wonderfully comfortable.
By Design Cottage can accommodate between six and twelve guests in total. Accommodation comprises of a main house (sleeps 6: one double-room en-suite; an open-plan loft with twin beds; a twin bedroom; shared bathroom), two cottages in an enclosed courtyard (each cottage has a double bed, and is en-suite), and one guest room (outside entrance; twin beds; en-suite).
The main house is well-equipped with necessary mod cons for a comfortable self-catering stay including a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a microwave. There is a TV with DStv capability, should you wish to bring your own decoder and smart card. There is an inside fireplace to keep you cosy when the weather is miserable.
Outside, there is a lovely shaded pergola and outside braai area. The safe, enclosed garden makes this the ideal accommodation for families. A double garage is available on request only.
Guests have exclusive use of the outdoor and indoor living / entertainment area (no sharing with other groups).
