Carpe Diem 4 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, across the road from Margate Tidal Pool in Manaba. The complex is within close proximity to an array of Margate's attractions and facilities.

This ground-floor entrance apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom that contains a bath and shower in the bath, and a tumble-dryer.

The second bedroom has a double bed and access to the second bathroom with a shower, and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The fourth room has a double bed.

The well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals. The adjacent living area has a TV with DStv connection so guests can bring their own DStv decoder and smart card; Explora decoders are not compatible.

The living area leads out onto a patio, which has a table with seating, a gas braai facility and partial sea views to admire. Secure parking is available in the complex.
