In the heart of Zinkwazi Beach, you will find the beautiful home known as ?Casablanca?. With great sea views and edging sea sand Casablanca offers easy and direct beach access. There is a huge deck for sunbathing or cocktails, whilst overlooking the magnificent Indian Ocean.

It also has a fire-pit and built-in braai located under big, old Milkwood and Fig trees to allow you long hours of friend-and/or-family time. The property is large and flat and bar a few stairs to the pool and dune crossing to the beach, ideal for those who battle to walk.

Built in an L-shape, the entire house exits onto a covered veranda around a magnificent pool (netted). This home lends itself to indoor-outdoor living at its best. The veranda has ample ?chilling? and dining space and a Weber.

The house is serviced. It is well secured with fencing, gates, alarm, beams and armed response. There are 2 lock up garages and ample open parking. The house also offers, DSTV, Wi-Fi (high speed fibre), braai facilities, power invertor, AC and does allow pets by arrangement.

Inside the house you will find a well equipped kitchen, scullery, TV lounge, dining area and bar. The house sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Kitchen: Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob and all cutlery and crockery.

Bedrooms & bathrooms: All bedrooms open onto the veranda and pool, they all have AC, built-in cupboards, hangers and all linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. 1st Bedroom with King, en-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds has a private bathroom with bath and basin and separate toilet.

3rd Bedroom with 2 Bunk beds and a private bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. 4th bedroom with Queen, en-suite with bath, basin, shower and toilet. This house can accommodate 2 more children under 12 on mattresses by arrangement.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off. Live in maid levy. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if there are no breakages.

PEAK SEASON: Please note the options during the following period: 2 Dec 21 to 16 Jan 22.

Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27thor 28th of Dec 2021.

Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27thor 28th of Dec 2021.

Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 ? 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
