The house was designed to ensure maximum exposure to the 100 year old Oak Trees that gives the estate its name. Large sash-windows offer views of these beautiful trees enhancing the seasonal changes of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
This three-bedroom house can comfortably accommodate six people. The bedroom downstairs has two three-quarter beds. One of the upstairs bedrooms has two double beds, whereas the other has a queen-sized bed. All three bedrooms have separate bathrooms and electrical fin heaters.
The house has a fully-equipped kitchen. The open-plan dining area also houses a large gas stove, oven and plenty of counter space for preparing meals while chatting to friends in front of the large jet-master fireplace. There is also a separate scullery with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area leads to a large patio with a built-in undercover braai area and separate gas braai. The lounge is cosy but spacious with full DStv facilities.
Explore the beauty of the area by going on hikes, horse riding and intimate picnics besides the waterfalls. Stroll through a variety of wild flowers and catch a glimpse of secretive fauna. Alternatively, go on a fishing expedition at the dam.
