Happy days by

We loved our time at Phumba with all the wildlife right on your doorstep! We had one issue and it was sorted out in a record time!

The place to be for a short recharging of batteries by

This is our second time at Chalet Pumba. We loved everything. The rain on the Saturday too.

Very clean and neat Worth the money we paid by

The fridge is a bit small especially if you stay for a week. Repair the front door lock. Also look at the drainage of the shower.

Excellent birding opportunity by

The mid-week stay was peaceful and quiet. We could ride mtb as long as we stayed on tarred roads. We loved the bird scene right on the stoep as well as the roaming pumbas

Stay at Elephant Camp - Chalet Pumba by

I did not realise that the chalet had stairs inside as I would have preferred a flat establishment. When looking at the photos I also did not see that the stove and wash up basin was outside. However we enjoyed our stay as it was peaceful and quiet.

i really had a nice stay by

I loved peace of mind that I had, I really enjoyed myself

The neatness and comfort by

The Chalet was fantastic. Everything was there. They could install DSTV though....

Interaction with animals at chalet by

If you can install a light outside so you can eat outside at the table and upgrading kitchen facilities maybe small stove and bigger fridge

Overall a good experience by

The chalet is well equiped and everything in good working order. However House keeping can be improved. On arrival there was no toilet paper and the boma was very dirty. No dishcloths only a dirty dish spunge. Dust on top of cupboards were also vissible.

Comfortable good value accommodation by

The two chalets provide comfortable accommodation at a good value. The units have all the basics required for a weekend stay.

Relaxing experience by

Loved the "in the bush" location of the chalet and the regular afternoon visits from the warthogs, partridges and Njalas. The close proximity of the coffee shop, farm shop and restaurant was a bonus.

The Bush by

To be in the bush with the aminals and peace and quiet..
