Each unit has comfort and quiet as the consideration plus security and free Wi-Fi. Hand & bath towels are provided together with a tea and coffee station, Sanitiser and a portable emergency light. Queen beds are boutique standard with a Contourfill Duvet and Contourfill Pillows with white 200 count cotton double stitch bed linen and a Throw Blanket.

The units have a Large Mirrored Dressing Table with drawers and a table or desk and Armchair or Sofa. Air-conditioning or fans, flat-screen TVs with OVHD satellite channels or a smart box. Not to forget the ample built-in cupboard space. The two Suites with their own entrance, have their own fully equipped self-catering kitchens including fridge and microwave. The others have the use of the fully equipped main house kitchen.

The outdoor terrace is quiet and provides individual terrace areas with wooden benches to relax on and soak up the sun and/or have a good read maybe with a cocktail. There are ashtrays on the benches for the smokers and there is Sun for most of the day on somewhere on the property. There is a Weber barbecue facility with an outdoor table and chairs as well as a Dartboard. There is also off street parking behind a remote controlled gate.

Nestled in the leafy historic suburb of Norwood, the Streets of Norwood are lined with majestic Plane Trees showing the age of the suburb. Norwood has its own quaintness but steps up to the plate with its Cosmopolitan verve, an antique and collectable book shop and an exotic selection of competing menus including Greek, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican and others all within safe walking distance. There are also a variety of takeaways such as Nandos, Pizza Inn, Debonairs, Andiccios, Jimmys Killer Fish and Chips etc. There is a Woolworths Food Store and Super Spar offering premade meals which simply have to be heated in a Microwave. Then there are the 21st century, ATMs in the Spar parking area.

The main street 40 meters away also has Dry Cleaners/Laundromats, Barbers, Hairdressers, Mobile Phone Shops, Ladies Boutique, Service Stations, Vape Shops to mention some.
