Will go back any time Chill Inn by Jan Nel, South Africa 12 October 2010 The facilities at Chill Inn was fine and comfortable. Nobody told us that the Baberton Hotel is across the road from the Inn. This lead to people screaming and shouting and singing and racing cars until early Saturday morning. This disrupted our sleep considerably. I wont stay there again. Taking this into consideration the cost is excessive. When my consultants arrive there, Fred was moved into another tenants room, "private room", with request not to touch anything! On Friday morning when they wanted to shower there was NO hot water. Is this why we pay in full to prevent clients to deduct from the bill of the service was not satisfactory? I do all my bookings for the last 2 years via SafariNow and I am very disappointed.
