But, what impressed me most was the way I was treated when decided to go to the Mall. They took care of me as if I was their only and one customer. What else can I say_ I am impressed. I was suppose to check in 1400 as stipulated unfortunately I arrived 0700 from the ship I was from a cruise. I love the staff on duty that day. The receptionist made me comfortable whilst arranging an early check in for me. Fifteen minutes later I was relaxing in a beautiful spacious extraordinary clean room. The master piece is the next day I checked out and forgot my facial kit in the bathroom. Fortunately I was stil in Durban. I went to City Lodge 24 hrs later. I spoke to a very warm welcoming gentleman who asked me to chill on the couch whilst investigating. A second was enough the house keeper was here with my staff.
