Rooms are great. The beds and the breakfast awesome.

Very pleasant experience! Fifth time I stayed and the first time I tried the dinners in the lounge area. What good value for money and convenience galore. You guys are doing a great job! Keep at it. Very satisfied customer.

Bad Experiences by

From checking in to departure everything was bad. When I arrived and check in my rooms was not as per my quotation. This lead to a lot of frustration. When we eventually got to the room (non smoking) the room was stinking of smoke. For me and my wife it is because of health issues the non smoking room. The breakfast was pleasing and good. Then come check out time I was informed I need to pay an additional R500 for breakfast.....which was included in the payment I made. I was refunded the money later on, And boy the attitude of the staff if you dare to inquire about issues. I nightmare Evening and I will definitely not make use of them again.



Staff are very friendly an sufficient.
The section where the hot breakfast get served can be better. Very slow had to wait just to get a plate. Queing system not working.
