This truly pristine 4-bed roomed home is located in the middle of the prestigious Shelley Point Golf Estate - St Helena Bay The house offers:
4 Double sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An open plan kitchen and living area. An outside covered braai area. Garage with Auto door. Beautiful views of the estate and 5 - 8 mins walk to the beach. Linen and towels provided.

The main bedroom is situated upstairs, it consists of a queen bed and built in cupboards. It leads out to two different balconies on each side of the room. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2 and 3 is also located upstairs. Both of these spacious bedrooms consists of a double bed and built in cupboards and the rooms share the main family bathroom consisting of bath tub, his and hers hand basin and a toilet. Bedroom 2 also leads out to one of the balconies. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs, and consist of a double bed and built in cupboards.

There is a 3rd guests bathroom downstairs, consisting of a shower, hand basin and toilet. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is a washing machine for guests use and access to the garage. A beautiful fireplace for cold winter nights and large flat screen Tv with full Dstv compliments the lounge area. Outside offers a fully tiled courtyard with outside covered braai area with furniture and pool.

The house was beautiful and we loved it.But the house has so many Ants and there was only one garbage bag for the whole weekend and for me that was not hygienic. I understand its an self service, But you guys must have at least basic like Sugar sachet, Coffee sachets as well small milk and small dishwasher, The pool was dirty was looking forward to have fun in i. But was disappointed cause we couldn't used it. It need some maintenance.
