Cozumel 407

Cozumel 407 is a lovely self-catering apartment on the fourth floor of the popular and safe Cozumel complex in Umdloti. This complex offers beautiful views of the Umdloti tidal pool and is close to several restaurants and shops.

This air-conditioned apartment accommodates up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed. These two rooms share the use of a bathroom that has a bath, toilet and basin. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and counter with chairs. The dining area has a dining table with six seats, benches and a bar fridge. This lounge area has seating and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Sliding doors lead to a covered balcony with furniture and beautiful views of the sea.

The Cozumel complex has a communal and an automatic gate controlled by a security guard. There is also a communal pool with braai facilities.
