The well appointed bathroom (shower) is a few paces across the patio. The French doors open onto the Karoo-style patio and overlook the garden. Secure off-road parking is available to guests. Daisy Cottage is within easy walking distance of The Owl House and Fossil Museum and restaurants where breakfast, light meals and full on dinners are servedNieu Bethesda lies in a narrow valley, has no street lights and is only about one mile wide and two miles long; it is home to a thousand people. Today Nieu Bethesda is a retreat for artists, crafters and other creative spirits who have been attracted by its slow, offbeat character. Its rustic charm is also what attracts tourists to the village and because of its isolation, it has retained a lot of its original historical integrity. Nieu Bethesda has only a couple of main streets, guest houses, restaurants, a pub and a couple of art galleries.
