Dassenview Bed & Breakfast is a four star establishment where you can enjoy peace and be spoilt. Watch the whales frolick in the waves during spring! Dassenview is nestled in a greenbelt area in the picturesque seaside village, Yzerfontein, just 85 km north of Cape Town. The Tuscany styled house overlooks Dassen Island, has unlimited views of the Atlantic Ocean and also boasts views of Table Mountain. Hospitality and warmth is our motto.

Unspoilt Beaches, including 16-mile Beach, which stretches all the way to Postberg Nature Reserve within the West Coast National Park.

Hiking, angling and deep sea fishing, surfing, kite surfing.

In Spring the veldt and dunes in and around the village are covered with masses of brightly coloured indigenous flowers.

World-renowned as Fynbos area.

Also a haven for the protected bird, the Oyster Catcher.
