11 Kingston place is a beautiful self-catering apartment that overlooks the Marina Martinique. We have ensured that this beautiful holiday apartment is fully furnished with everything that you might need, except towels.Guests will have the comfort of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a flat-screen TV with a surround sound system so bring your DSTV along. The apartment is neatly furnished, including sleeper couches to laundry facilities to make your stay a pleasant one. The complex is surrounded by bird life and fish can be seen from the balcony while you enjoy the comfort of a built-in braai.While this area ensures a peaceful atmosphere, you can always take the 4 km drive to the centre of Jeffereys Bay and enjoy the exciting nightlife, surf shops and restaurants. There are facilities for diving, surfing, sandboarding, kitesurfing and boat charters near by.

Amazing by

Had an amazing time at 11 Kingston Place, the place in real life looks better than the pictures. Will definitely recommend it. Beautiful view overlooking the Marina, perfect accommodation to relax and unwind!

The best stay by

It was the most relaxed weekend we had and the place is neat and equipped with everything that we need. The view and the atmosphere is what made it so relaxing. Would go back at anytime to 11 Kingson place.

The place was not very clean. Kitchen and bedroom windows don't close properly, resulting in a lot of dust.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely return - but next time we will make sure we stay longer!

We were very disappointed, firstly because, I specifically asked you, for a very important reason, if this flat was on the first or second floor, you replied and said it was on the first floor, when we got there it was on the second floor, so I was mislead...Secondly, the place was so full of dust and not fresh at all therefore we did'nt use anything in the kitchen, there was no aerial for the Tv could not watch anything on it.Thirdly, the noises the ducks or whatever it was, made, woke us up as early as 6.It was a very unpleasant stay.

Dear Awril. We sincerely apologies for the mix up regarding the vicinity of the unit. It is on the 2nd floor and was a honest mistake when we replied. As for the wildlife in the area, like the birds you mentioned, that is the makeup of the estate and being close to the ocean with accommodating spaces for the birds they do tend to flock there. I have stayed here plenty times before, both during breeding and non-breeding season and though they can be noisy depending on the season, its more than tolerable.

We are however very unhappy about the fact that the unit was 'dusty' as this should have never happened. We request that any guest that uses the unit and which is not happy to give us a call immediately so we can send cleaning staff to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The TV is usable and each time someone visits us they have to bring there own DSTV unit else the TV can only be used through the DVD Player or otherwise hooking up a Media Player.

We again sincerely apologies about the mix up.

I loved everything about this place. It is so peacefull and quiet and the view in the morning and at night is spectacular. I will without a doubt visit again. Only downside was that on our 1st day there, my 7 year old boy fell into a manhole right next to the playground. There was no indication that the lid is not secure, and only after my boy fell in, the gardner put a indicator there. Luckily he didnt break anything, but was bruised and scraped all over his chest, back and legs. This is something I would like whoever looks after the grounds to look into, as it could have been much worse. Kingston 11 though is fantastic!!

We are very sorry to hear about what happened to your little boy. As a father myself I would have been very upset. We have raised this with the Marina Management upon which grounds the incident happened. I will do my best that an incident like your sons does not happen again.

Lastly, we are happy you enjoyed the stay otherwise and will be happy to accommodate you again.
