12 Capri

12 Capri is a modern and tastefully decorated self-catering apartment, situated on the first floor of a secure and well-known older holiday complex, right in the heart of Amanzimtoti, and is accessible by 2 flights of stairs and an elevator.

12 Capri is on the beach and offers a magnificent view over the ocean from the living room and main bedroom. The beach and restaurants are only a mere 2 minutes' walk and other attractions such as a games arcade, ten-pin bowling, shops, a water park and a laundromat are all within a few minutes walking distance from the unit, making it an ideal location for holidays as well as business travel. Shopping malls and several other tourist attractions are also within a short drive.

12 Capri can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 adults and 2 children under the age of 16, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with a three-quarter lower bunk and a single bed upper bunk. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. There is a 6-seater dining table and seating. The lounge contains a double sleeper couch, and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. Guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card, should they wish to make use of the premium package. The unit is fitted with ceiling fans throughout as well as an air-conditioner for the hot summer days and nights.

A communal braai area is located on the deck, on the same level as the unit and virtually 10 metres from the unit's front door, making it ideal to enjoy a braai. There is also a dedicated shower located on the ground floor to rinse off the saltwater and sea sand when returning from the beach. Secure parking is behind an automated gate and the complex and car park are monitored by CCTV cameras ensuring total peace of mind.
