The unit consists of three bedrooms (with ceiling fans in all three rooms for those hot South Coast summers) & two bathrooms (shower, toilet & basin in first bathroom downstairs, bath, toilet & basin in the other upstairs).

The main bedroom consists of a double bed & has a balcony with a sea view ,the second bedroom also has a sea view & consists of two single beds (no balcony), the third non-sea facing bedroom consists of two single beds as well.

Upon entering, you will find an open plan, spacious lounge & dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for meal prepping during your stay including a washing machine & dish washer for easy clean up.

Enjoy a relaxing braai on your patio while soaking in the south coast sun in this safe, secure & well-kept complex.

Wifi is available for guests to use as well as a smart tv for streaming services.

A single lock up garage is available for guests to use as well as extra parking within the complex (one car max).
