Situated in prime position on Beach Road in Strand, 1201 Ocean View boasts unspoilt views across False Bay and the surrounding mountain ranges. This futuristic and uniquely designed building is situated only 20 minutes' drive from Cape Town International Airport and 35 minutes' drive from Cape Town.

The apartment has three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a TV; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed; and the third bedroom has twin beds and a TV. There is one separate bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet. The lovely lounge and dining area offers a TV with DStv and the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a oven, a stove, a fridge and a microwave. Linen and a set of towels are provided for each bedroom and all rooms are sea facing with a wrap-around balcony.

The Golden Mile is just a few steps away from the beach. There is a lovely swimming pool and communal braai area. We have 24-hour security controlled reception and 24-hour CCTV control.

We really did enjoy our stay here. Everything is clean and working and the kitchen is fully equiped. Although the wind was terrible on the 12th floor (we had a very bad weekend) the times we went to the stoep everything was great! The staff at reception - especially Eric - is very friendly, professional and helpfull. You will see me agian - as well as the others in my party!
