12 Dock Point house consists of 3 carpeted bedrooms, which sleep a max of 5 people: main bedroom has a queen bed; second bedroom has 2 single beds; and the third bedroom has a three-quarter bed. All bedrooms are upstairs and lead out onto verandas. The main bedroom has a bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet en suite, while the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and toilet.

The house comes not serviced. Cleaning service is at an extra cost.
The front of the house opens onto the waterfront canal system which is teaming with beautiful fish (no fishing allowed in the canals). The area is monitored by cameras for security purposes and is safe to walk both day and night.
A short walk (200m) along the canal will bring you to Ushaka beach front. At Ushaka there are shops and various restaurants for your enjoyment. There is also the famous Ushaka Marine World with aquarium and themed water park.
The beach at Ushaka is famous for its gentle, warm waves for swimming and/or surfing. A 10km paved walkway along the Durban beachfront is wonderful for those wanting a bit of exercise either by walking, running or cycling (bikes along the beachfront are available for hire).
A wonderful walk along the harbor pier will give you the opportunity to see the ships entering the harbor.
12 Dock Point gives you the best of Durban in a newly developing area.
