17 Ravensteyn is a five-bedroom home located in the popular Camps Bay area of Cape Town. The beachfront is within 15 minutes walking distance of the house, where a promenade offers beautiful walks, while the world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are five minutes by car offering the most beautiful views whilst sun bathing. There are also many bars, clubs and restaurants available at all times of the day, and taxis run from the main road to the beaches for a minimal amount.

Bedroom 1 features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, double basin and toilet, and Bedroom 2 contains an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet. The guest bathroom includes a shower, bath and basin and there is also a separate toilet.
