2 Day Weekend Wildlife Safari

This 2 day safari tour offers the traveller a unique opportunity to search for the Big 5, ride an elephant, pet a cheetah, cage dive with crocodiles and explore the Cango Caves!

Tour itinerary

Day 1: Saturday: Cape Town to Sedgefield ? Safari & Elephant riding

We depart the Mother City in the morning and drive out towards the gorgeous Garden Route. We start the day with a morning safari in search of lions, elephants, giraffe, buffalo and many more wild animals.

Our last activity for the day is an action packed elephant ride interaction, one of the must-do-activities when in Africa.

We end the day at our accommodation in Sedgefield where you have time to sit back, relax and enjoy the African sunset.

Day 2: Sedgefield to Cape Town ?via Route 62 and Oudtshoorn ? wildlife encounters or Cango Caves

This morning we head over the Outeniqua Mountains to the Karoo town of Oudtshoorn where we have 2 options to choose from. You can either choose to explore the wonders of the Cango Caves, one of the largest cave systems in the world, OR visit the Cango Wildlife Ranch, full of exciting animal encounters from Crocodile Cage diving to stroking a baby tiger!

After lunch we begin our journey back to Cape Town along the spectacular Route 62.
