The Apartment is 3-Star quality (not grading), semi-modern, pleasant, spacious, self-servicing & self-catering, non-smoking, and consists of 1 bedroom (carpeted) with queen-size bed, lounge/dining room (carpeted) with 2 double sleeper couches (pull-out sofa beds), has free Internet/Wi-Fi, TV with free M-Net & DSTV Hotel Bouquet ("Cable TV"), reception space with double couch, fully equipped self-catering kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with bathtub & overhead shower, and automatic lock-up garage. October Booking desaster by

Not my style to moan and groan, we are flexable persons, however future clients should be warned. After searching for the "office" to collect keys, you are given see through plastic bags with your linen. After booking for 5 persons in a 6 persons holiday flat and paying in full you would expect your beds to be made. After entering the dirty flat, windows cannot close we discovered that it is 2 additional sleeper couches that need to be "made up". Mr Vassi could not understand how it is NOT possible to have 5 persons sleeping under 3 blanket when we asked to have 2 additional clean blankets, as the given blankets were neither clean nor fit for a dog to sleep under, not even jail blankets look like these! Need not say more, he was very uncooperative, wasted our good holiday time trying to fix something at an additional 600R!!

It is without hesitation that we CANNOT recommend this establishment, even if you are able to read the "small" print, you would expect a better service and accommodation. Trip Advisor has a cc of this for future clients.



5 night stay by

Only two of us stayed there and although not a modern apartment it was neat, comfortable and very convenient. Would stay there again.
