3040 on Freshwater is a popular self-catering holiday accommodation set in a beautiful huge Milkwood treed garden filled with amazing indigenous birds and other wildlife.

There are various units ranging from a bachelor, lover's nook, with a private pool to a five-bedroom house complete with all the luxuries you may need. Each unit has its own private braai and chill area.

This peaceful and quiet accommodation is only 100 meter walk away from Flame Lilly Beach where you will find a fantastic tide pool ideal for swimming. Port Alfred also boasts a wonderful blue flag beach, called Kelly's Beach, which is only 2.5 km away and an easy walk for the adventurous holidaymaker.

The Easter weekend stay at 3040 Freshwater was a great experience for me and family. When we arrived we where welcomed with a warm and friendly smile by our host Sanumi:  The units are well priced and met all our requirements from a Self Catering point of view. We are part time Chef's and needed a Kitchen with decent Fridge and stove for Cooking purposes which the Unit was fiitted with. All additional needs were easily accommodated. Help and advise of places of interest was shared very openly and freely to ensure we enjoy our stay. I will recommend 3040 Freshwater to anyone who wants have great experience in Port Alfred.   Teighron Thomas








    






 
 




We had  Milkwood house for the weekend.  The facilities were great, Sanumi was very nice to deal with.  I would recommend staying here
