The kitchen has granite tops and is fully-equipped with a microwave, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge/freezer, a toaster, a kettle, etc and breakfast nook with four chairs. The apartment is fitted with an air conditioner for those long warm days and nights in our moderate climate. The living area has a lounge suite, 42 inch flat screen TV and cabinet, a DVD Player and full bouquet DStv, and dining table with four chairs. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. All linen and towels are provided, beach towels to be brought with, and both of the bathrooms have an oversize shower, a toilet and a basin. You have access to the balcony from the living area and from the main bedroom. The balcony has a patio table, chairs and kettle braai overlooking the ocean, making it ideal for sundowners or early morning breakfasts.Mossel Bay is a favourite holiday destination renowned for beautiful beaches and the warm Indian Ocean, with lovely green forests, nature trails and big game viewing also only a short drive away. The building is centrally situated between Mosselbay, Hartenbos, Santos Beach and Diaz Beach. The town is located in the centre of the famous Garden Route between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth and is easily reached via the airport in George. It is also a great place to enjoy whale watching in season. The casino is situated five kilometres from the apartment. There are a number of restaurants within five kilometres.No smoking in the apartment but smoking is permitted on the balcony. As the apartment is situated on the ground floor there are no stairs. The complex is enclosed with a swimming pool, with access control and guards on duty 24/7.
