The house is ideal for two families or a group of friends wanting to get away for the holidays or weekend. You can fish or swim off the jetty or utilize the marina's swimming pools, tennis courts and squash court for some fun entertainment. The house consists of five bedrooms, a large kids' room upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, balconies leading off two bedrooms upstairs, an open-plan living area with DStv, a second lounge area with a bar and an outside laundry. There is an extra small room available as well. There is a large jetty, double garage and plenty of extra parking space. The home faces northeast and is on one of the quieter marina streets, overlooking a deep water canal onto a stretch of open/vacant stands.Port Alfred, with its stretches of sandy beach that extend for miles, lies on the banks of the Kowie River. Port Alfred boasts a wonderful temperate climate, never too hot or cold, with rainfall in the spring and autumn months. This makes it an ideal water sports destination enhanced by the fact that the Kowie is navigable for about 28 km upstream. The Kowie River, which flows into the Indian Ocean, divides the town in two and the banks are linked by a couple of bridges. Boat cruises and various hiking trails navigate this river region, rich in indigenous vegetation, fauna and bird life.
