Various restaurants, The Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment Centre, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Humewood Golf Club and all major Port Elizabeth attractions are within easy reach. Game parks in the vicinity include the Addo Elephant Park, the Seaview Game and Lion Park and the Kragga Kamma Game Park.

Hi there,
We arrived to a very small room for 4 people couple and 2 children and no place to sit and eat.  Cutlery was short as you catered for 2 people only. Bathroom had longjohns hanging behind the door and the remote controlled gate closed onto our car, damaging it very badly.  Im sure we will be in touch with the owners about this. Our experience was very average.

As the proprietor I find this review unnecessarily scathing and devoid of merit. The ?very small room? is actually 25 square meters and designed for 2 people. We added a double bunk which obviously reduced the size of the room.  There is sufficient dining space for 2 people ? a table, two arm chairs and a chair at the desk. The other option would be the undercover outdoor dining area on the deck.
Mrs Tarr requested the room, Taxco, surely she would have viewed the room on your website?  I can guarantee you the room looks exactly the same as the picture on the website.
According to the locum, she never complaint about anything and seems to be happy.
I called the reviewer about the apparent damage to the car and requested her to furnish me with details, which to date she has failed to do.  She also did not report the matter to the locum who was on duty.  I am certain that a person who suffers damage would do so immediately.  It is an automated gate with sensors and we have never had any incidents of it closing when there are obstructions.
The reviewer states that she would be in touch with the owner, but she made no contact.

The hostess was very welcoming. The garden is immaculate Most importantly it was very reasonably priced Loved staying there and will definitely use this guest house again in the future
