4 Day Kruger Experience Loge-Tent

The Kruger National Park is the home of more than 500 bird species, 100 species of reptile and 150 mammal species, including the Big 5 (elephant, rhinoceros, buffalo, lion and leopard) and the endangered African wild dog. During our 4 Day, 3 Night Kruger Tour, you will experience all those exciting things that South African nature has to offer.

DAY 1:

You are picked up from your hostel or Johannesburg Airport and brought to Tremisana Lodge in the Big Five Balule Game Reserve via Dullstroom or Nelspruit. There we board an open Landcruiser for a sunset drive in this Big Five Game Reserve. After dark, spotlights are used to locate nocturnal animals. In the our new Marula Tree Boma deep in the African bush we serve you an unforgettable bush braai. You spend the night in an en suite chalet at Tremisana.

DAY 2:

Start an exhilarating day of unforgettable bush life by awakening at beautiful sunrise. We drive you to a remote part of the Balule Game Reserve, where you enjoy a 4h bush walk accompanied by an experienced field guide leading you through the bush. You get the chance to take amazing photos of Africa's large animals, who will remind you of this mindblowing experience forever. Eventhough the ranger leading you is adequately armed, there won't be a lack of adrenalin rushes. We offer you brunch at Tremisana Lodge and high tea at 14h00. At around 15h00 we go on an afternoon game drive before you transfer to Marc's Camp. Overnight is in tents equipped with beds and bedding, soap and towels, electric light and fan and are provided with dinner at Marc's Camp.

DAY 3:

After breakfast you spend the day travelling through the Orpen Gate of Kruger. The Orpen Gate of Kruger provides the highest percentage population of giraffe, zebra wildebeest and impala, which then again attracts numerous lions and other predators. Due to the added elevation and because it has no windows, the open-sided gameviewer allows for excellent viewing and photographic opportunities. A qualified guide is with you to show you the various animals that frequent this outstanding wildlife environment. Dinner is served at Marc's Camp, where you also stay overnight.

DAY 4:

We enjoy an early morning bush walk accompanied by an armed ranger, who will show us various interesting details of the bush as insects, spoor and scats. You get the chance to encounter buffalo, nyala and other game on foot. We serve breakfast before you transfer to the Three Rondawels of the Blyde River Canyon. Return to your hostel or airport is at around 17h00.
