4 Marichel is a luxury apartment overlooking Thompson's Bay in Ballito, only 20 km from the airport. The apartment contains four en-suite bedrooms and a huge entertainment patio equipped with a gas braai, ideal for sunrise breakfasts and sunset cocktails.
The main bedroom has a double bed and the other three have twin beds. The apartment has a TV lounge, an open-plan, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a more formal lounge which leads onto a large balcony with outside lounge and dining room table. There is a double lock-up garage and the beach is accessible via a locked gate that is on the property. There is also a communal swimming pool at the entrance to this very secure complex. We have full DStv facilities. The unit is serviced every day except on Sundays and public holidays.
Students are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay. Should we find students staying without adult supervision they shall be evicted with immediate effect.
