504 30 Degrees is a beautiful self-catering apartment with sea views, situated in a secure complex in Umdloti. Umdloti is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine, beaches, rock pools and sea.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms sleeping eight guests, two bathrooms, air-conditioning in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities, a balcony with braai facilities, and secure parking. DStv is also available with guests' own smart card.

There are a number of activities for the more energetic, with the inshore reefs providing plentiful excitement for anglers, divers and water sport enthusiasts. Water sports include surfing, windsurfing, paddle and jet skiing, and Umdloti's primary beaches are shark netted and protected by capable lifeguards.

Less than a 20-minute drive from Umdloti is South Africa's busiest harbour city, Durban. Umdloti enjoys a sub-tropical climate influenced by the warm Mozambique current, making it a popular all-year-round seaside resort.

Great apartment, fantastic beach with natural rock pool and a very convenient location.

The apartment is beautiful, it looks modern and clean. i liked the fact that it is so close to the beach with a nice view.
I would have given a 5 but the bed linen and a few towels are look old and need to be replaced. And the sofa needs to cleaned.


Should have warned us that there is no water by

The apartment is great, but with severe daily water restrictions it is hard to enjoy a week anywhere. And the times the water is running, the pressure is so low as to make it impossible to take a decent shower.

They also don't give you any warning before you get there as it seems as if the whole issue is being hush-hushed locally to avoid scaring the tourists.

Otherwise Umdloti beach is great, and the complex is the best residence there


The sea view by

The accommodation was very nice but alot of things were not working (can opener, broom) and the gas braai was filthy. The attitude of the staff of the agency where we picked up the keys was terrible and we won't be booking anything with them again. The owners of the agency did come through to check out our complaints but we have yet to receive any apology from the staff in question
