There is also a sleeper couch. The unit is air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and flows out to the six-seater dining table and lounge with TV. This unit is less than 100 meters from the beach and within walking distance of the supermarket and a popular Mozambican Restaurant.An alarm system is activated for full security with armed response company. A safe and secure undercover parking bay has been allocated to this unit and accessed by remote control. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries. The unit is serviced daily (except weekends and public holidays). A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is required to be deposited into our account 2 weeks prior to occupation.Please note: No pets are allowed. NO UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS / MATRICULANTS AND MATRIC RAGE ARE ALLOWED IN THIS COMPLEX. A R1000 refundable breakage deposit has to be paid into our account prior to occupation.
