This MAGNIFICIENT plantation style beach home is right on the lagoon with direct beach access. The house has GREAT sea and lagoon views. Both top and bottom floors have shaded verandas with all furniture supplied. From the verandas you can view the pool and lagoon. At the front of the property is a private jetty were you can launch your boat from the front lawn onto the lagoon, when the lagoon water levels allow. The house offers a pool no net, an active DSTV card and decoder with Duel-view option, a Weber and Stainless steel braai, Wi-Fi and the house is serviced. The property is secured by fencing, an electric gate and beams. It also has two lock-up garages and the alarm is serviced by an armed response team. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and the main-bedroom has AC. All bedrooms open onto the top veranda. All linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. The house sleeps 8 or 12, the advertised prices are specified by numbers. (You will find this information under separate listings in the relevant size sections, 8 sleepers or 12 sleepers) Bottom floor: Open plan lounge, TV lounge, dining room, kitchen and laundry. Kitchen: Microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, chest freezer with all cutlery and crockery supplied. Laundry facilities: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Top Floor: 1st Bedroom: King size bed, en-suite with bath, shower, double basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom: King bed, en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 3rd Bedroom: Double bed. 4th Bedroom: 2 Single beds. Bedroom 3 & 4 share a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. When booking for 8 you will have access to these 4 bedrooms and the house. (Should you book for 12 the charges increase and, we open the flat let in front of the house which has 2 singles and 1 bunk bed, single beds, the flat in en-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin. MINIMUM STAY: Out of season: 2 nights, never less. Mid-season: 2 ? 5 nights, negotiable.In-season: 4 to 7 nights, negotiable.Peak season:10 nights leaving on the 27/12 OR10 nights starting/arriving on the 28th or 29/12.Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be considered once the owners have their primary booking confirmed.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation amount, with a minimum of R1000, refundable if there are no breakages. Departure cleaning fee.
