62 Tuscany at Sea is situated in a small security complex in the quiet suburb of Tergniet, less than 500m as the crow flies from the ocean and almost equidistance between Mosselbay and George at 25kms. The double story unit has ocean views from all three bedrooms and is equipped with one full bathroom with toilet, shower & bath upstairs, and an additional guest toilet downstairs.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. It also has a spacious living room downstairs, including a dining are and fitted kitchen. There is a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, stove, oven and most utensils needed in the Kitchen, as well as a washing machine. A large washing line is available in the front of the unit. The sitting room is furnished with comfortable chairs & couch, as also has a large flat screen TV with full DSTV at disposal of the guests. The living area has lovely views of the ocean, and also leads to the patio with the built-in braai. 62 Tuscany at Sea is located in the Eden area of South Africa and due to its location, it is in close proximity to renowned golf courses, horse-riding and walking routes, bungee adventures, 4x4 routes, shops, swimming and water sports options.
