A beautiful, upmarket, spacious beach home, ideal for out-door-indoor living. great sea views, excellently furnished and equipped, light and fresh, all open plan, a home away from home, located one road back from the beach.
This house opens onto a lovely lawn at the front with great sea views and a shielded enclosed veranda at the back for entertainment leading off informal dining room, kitchen and lounge onto pool and lawn.
3 Lounges to cater for enjoying pool, a visit or enjoying the TV.
Sleeps 8 only.
Beach access:
Stairs between Nkwazi and Glen drive or drive down to main beach parking for direct access.
Secure property with fencing, gates, beams and armed response.
One can activate beams at night when on veranda and feel safe.
All linen & bath towels provided, please bring you own beach towels.
House is serviced daily, charge is levied for maid, compulsory.
If you supply the ingredients and for an extra daily rate the caretaker will make you a great breakfast daily. (Please indicate on booking)
Ceiling fans in bedrooms and throughout the house.
Pool: Lovely pool with net.
DSTV decoder and card supplied.
Secure outside parking.
HOUSE CONTAINS:
Enclosed garden in front of house with garden and pool at back of house.
FORMAL: lounge/dining room/reading lounge and foyer, all beautifully furnished.
INFORMAL: lounge/dining room leading onto pool.
Kitchen: fully equipped with oven/microwave/2x fridge-freezers/dishwasher/all crockery & cutlery.
Braai facilities: Large charcoal drum & gas braai.
Laundry facilities: washing machine.
4 bedrooms with build-in cupboards.
1st bedroom: Main, King, full en-suite bathroom, sliding doors open onto garden.
2nd bedroom: Double bed with en-suite.
3rd bedroom: Double bed, en-suite with toilet and shower.
4th bedroom: 2x Single beds, separate but own full bathroom for use.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: ONLY RENTED IN DEC/JAN.
Peak season:
A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year.
Alternatively:
10 nights leaving on the 27/12 OR
10 nights starting/arriving on the 28th or 29/12.
Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be accepted once the owner has their primary booking confirmed AND @ the owners discretion.
Please note some owners only allow the 10 day split as above, on these properties, should you wish to include Christmas and New Year, minimum nights per booking becomes 20 nights.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Admin fee once off.
Departure cleaning fee if no live in caretaker.
Live in maid levy, when there is a live in caretaker, or if the unit includes servicing with no charge for the live-in caretaker.
Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R1000, refundable if there are no breakages.
