71 on High Level is a gorgeous three-bedroom, double-storey, self-catering holiday home in the contemporary neighbourhood of Green Point, Cape Town.

The property, which is beautifully decorated, features three air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms; the main bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and double basins, and overlooks the front terrace. The second bedroom is upstairs, and has a double bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom is situated downstairs, and includes a queen-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower; it features large glass doors which open out onto the terrace, outdoor entertainment area, and pool. Also on the lower level is the informal lounge.

A second terrace features a gas braai and outdoor seating for six guests, while the upper level has another entertainment area, with an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is also a fireplace, eight-seater dining table, and flat-screen TV with select DStv channels available.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay, including an oven, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, and laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer; the property also includes free Wi-Fi for our guests' use.
